What types of devices are exhibiting this? How are they configured? Discovery uses the ipAddrTable on devices to resolve duplicates. Provided the duplicates do not already exist in DCR, Discovery should not be adding them unless they do not support the ipAddrTable, or that table is excluded by an SNMP view.
