2950 reset problems

I cannont get my 2950 to reset to the factory default so I can run the Express setup on it. Any suggestions?

Do, "write erase", then "reload". The switch should reload on the factory, empty config.

Thanks for the info. I was finally able to find the configured address and have successfully accessed the switch.
