We have a problem on a 2960s stack. (2: WS-C2960S-48FPD-L and 2:WS-C2960S-48FPS-L all on IOS: 15.0(2)SE4 ) Yesterday we implemented the following commands on out stack for archiving our config:
Archive
path tftp://10.x.x.70/Backup/SW-MNGT-01/$h-$t
time-period 2880
write-memory
end
After write memory was submitted I lost connection to the stack from tftp server 10.x.x.70.
It's not accessible at all. tested ssh, telnet, ping, http and so on. I have also tried to change to another NIC on this server(same IP address), but that does not help. If I change the IP address on the tftp server everything is OK.
Have implemented this setup on several other switches with no problem, but it looks like this is a problem related to stack setup. It's accessible from other IP addresses in this subnet but not from 10.x.x.70.
We implemented this on a standalone 2960s and that works.
