3550 switch question -

Is this a true statement?

If the 3550 series switches don't have a 'no setup express' statement issued in the global configuration, and the botton highlighted in the attached document is pressed for a few seconds, the switch will go back to it's factory default configuration?

Note: I'm calling it a button but it's actually the entire highlighted section shown on the attachment.
