3560 unsupported in CiscoWorks?

I see that some 3560's are supported, but are some version's of them not? CiscoWorks sees all of our WS-C3560-24PS powered switches with no problem. But in DFM all of our WS-C3560-48TS are in an unknown state. I have tried to delete and re-add these devices and that does not work. Anyone having these issues? We are running LMS 2.5 with the most current software updates and device updates.

CiscoWorks Common Services 3.0.4

Campus Manager 4.0.5

CiscoView 6.1.4

Device Fault Manager

Integration Utility 1.6.0

Resource Manager Essentials 4.0.4

I get this Rediscover/Delete in DFM for the devices in question. It shows unsupported and when I look in the supported device table it shows 3560-48TS, but we have C3560-48TS. I wasn't sure if that was a different version of the 3560?

Is your DFM patched to SP4? According to this post: http://forum.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/NetProf?page=netprof&forum=Expert%20Archive&topic=Network%20Infrastructure&CommCmd=MB%3Fcmd%3Dpass_through%26location%3Doutline%40%5E1%40%40.1dda9020/95#selected_message DFM SP4 would add 3560TS support.

The SP4 readme (http://ftp-sj.cisco.com/cisco/cw2000/dfm/cwdfm2_0_4_win.readme.pdf) seems to indicate the 3750 models were added in SP4 and that the 3560's have been supported at least since DFM 2.0.1.

Yes our DFM is patched at SPF

Device Fault Manager 2.0.4

DFM 2.0.4 does not support the 3560-24TS and 48TS. It will be available from 2.0.5 patch. And coming soon and if I am not wrong would be some where end of the year.

Cheers.

2.0.5 should be released this summer some time last I heard
