I'm not sure if this is possible, and I don't have a stack readily available for testing. However, I think it should work as the stackwise port does show up in the ifTable. The command to use to enable RMON etherstats collection is:
rmon collection stats 1 owner "user"
If the command works, you should be able to poll the RMON-MIB to get the stats information for this port.
