I am running LMS 2.6 and the documentation state:
"Although by default, only the Campus Manager admin user has write permission to System Defined Groups, the admin user can grant write privilege to other users by editing the access permission to System Defined Groups."
My question is, where do you edit the access permissions??
thanks, Marcie

You can mark a group Private which means only the creator can see it. Other than that, there is no way to restrict group access.

The online help is wrong. You cannot create or modify System Defined Groups. Only User Defined Groups can be created and edited. Any user with the Network Administrator role can create new User Defined Groups. I filed CSCsm66361 to track the problem with online help.

thanks, on the same line...can you restrict access to groups for certain users? In LMS 2.2 you could change the access permissions, but I'm not seeing that option when creating groups in LMS 2.6?
