access points on the topology view

Hello,

Does someone know following problem:

On the topology map (CM: LMS3.0) accesspoints which are connected to the switch via a subinterface to a VLAN are not shown in the map. The accesspoints which are connected to the switch via access ports to the VLAN are shown.

As far as I know they will appear on the map if the switch has the accesspoint with it's IP in its CDP table and the Accesspoint has the switch with it's IP in its CDP table.

Can you confirm this is the case?
