HI Hossain,

If u clicked locally means:

u must http://localhost:2002  logon locally on which u installed ACS.

u must use one of these HTML browsers:

•Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 and 5.5 for Windows-English and Japanese versions

•Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Service Pack 2 for Windows Server 2003 and Service Pack 2 for Windows XP

•Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and 2.0.0.6

•Netscape Web Browser 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2 for Windows-English and Japanese versions1

Hi Sandeep choudhary,

Thanks for your reply. I am unable to login using your provided credential. username admin and password--> Password or --> password both i have used but no luck.

HI Hossain,

Can u try these:

If its ur first time then :

Username: acsadmin

Password: default

After this the server will ask you to change the password. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Reset ACSAdmin Password: To reset the password of the default GUI admin, use the acs reset-password command from the EXEC mode.

Hi Sandeep choudhary,

I have tried using the below but same result.

Username: acsadmin

Password: default

Hi Hossain,

so lets find out the exact issue:

Which option did you click (checkbox), windows authentication or local

ACS only while installing ACS?

If u clicked locally then u may need to logon locally to the box first and create an ACS

account.

After installation, I believe you need to use http://127.0.0.1:2002 from the

device CSACS is installed on.

After that, I think you are prompted to setup a local username and

password for administration.

Try using the loopback address, and read the interface carefully for and

guidance on the creation of an admin account.

During the setup i selected "check the ACS internal database only" radio button and finally automatic run http://127.0.0.1:2002 in IE.
