Adding Cisco routers to PI 1.3 not being managed

I am trying to add Cisco 2800 & 2900 series routers to Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.3. The device show reachable in PI 1.3 but the collection status shows unmanaged. I have ran debug on the router for ssh and snmp and I get an error message saying bad community string, but I have verified that it is on the router correctly and typing correct in PI 1.3. Any help would be appreciated.

I've got a similar behavior managing a few switches. When I increased the SNMP timeout for those devices I started to have the collection job working normally.

You should try it. Go to [Operate] > [Devices Work Center]. Select the Router you want to manage and click on [Edit]. Then increase the timeout for SNMP to 10 secs and click on [Update & Sync].
