Adding SSH to Cisco Routers in a Network with Call Manger 4.1(3)

I would like to remove telnet from the routers and just use SSH. The problem that I am having is that we run Call Manager.

I add all the commands necessary to get SSH up and running, everything seems to be fine. The problem that I am having is that if the router reboots, the Call Manager gateways will not register. The Call Manager needs the MGCP Domain Name to register the gateways.

The router host name is: Testville_rt1

Then I add the IP domain name Testville.mnb everything is fine until the router reboots.

When I do a “show ccm”, MGCP domain name appends the Testville.mnb.

Testville_rt1#show ccm

MGCP Domain Name: Testville_rt1.Testville.mnb

Hope this make sense

Thank You

After typing this message, I noticed that all would have to do is change the domain name to Testville.mnb in the CM.

I am going to try this on the test router.

Sorry for the stupid question

I would have to change the IP domain name to "Testville_rt1.Testville.mnb"

Tried it and it works fine.
