Advice on CISCO-Works

Hi,

Need advice for CiscoWorks so I can make up my mind to purchase it????

Can CiscoWorks provide reports for IPSEC VPN tunnel ( bandwidth used between sites )

How does the product Works on Windows 2003 Server????

Does the product has view option for Helpdesk users so that they can notify admin for issues???

What Level of Alerts does the product has???

Possible to get comparison of CiscoWorks with HP OpenView
