This is from the CISCO-EVENT-DISTR-MIB

(ciscoEventDistrMIB )

It usually comes from RME (3.X) itself, and

is not a standard mib. To turn the alert off, go to the following in CiscoWorks 2000:

-->CiscoWorks2000 Server OR Server Configuration (whichever you see)

---->Administration

------->Event Management

---------->Event Consumer Admin

In the Event Consumer Admin page, look under "Filter", and select "NONE" in the drop down box for each of the Consumers called "EventLogger" and "EventToTrap"

This will turn the alert off, and you you should never see it again. The MIB file should be found in CSCOpx\objects\eds.

I have also uploaded the MIB here for you
