This is most likely caused by a DLL conflict. What are the locations of ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll on your system? What is your Path environment variable currently set to?

This is what I thought. Move the Legato Path element after all of the CSCOpx Path elements, then reboot, and this problem will go away. This is bug CSCsg29627 which is fixed in Common Services 3.0.6.

Hi Joe,
thanks a lot. I took a look at bug..
Info:
In CUOM 2.1 may I upgrade common services 3.0.6?

All recent versions of CUOM use CS 3.0.5. There have been some tweaks to CS by CUOM, so upgrading is not advised. Wait for a new version of CUOM to come out, and use the workaround instead in the meantime.
