Archive Management Failed Error

I am running LMS 2.6 with all of the latest updates. Here is my question. When I set my archive management to grab backups of the configs I never get anywear near 100 percent successful. On my Failed devices out of 188, 89 list this error. How can I fix this error? Is there something I need to put on the switches/routers?

TELNET: Failed to establish TELNET connection to 192.168.111.15 - Cause: Authentication failed on device 3 times. VLAN Config fetch is not supported using TFTP.Failed to detect SSH version running on the device.

In order to archive the vlan.dat file on IOS switches, RME must be able to connect to the device with either telnet or SSH. This error indicates that the credentials in DCR for telnet are not valid, and SSH is not running on the device. You should check to make sure that the proper password (and if needed, username) are configured in DCR for these devices.
