Since 10 days, I can't see logs in console. When I make:

#sh loggin

Console logging: level informational, 18808 messages logged

Monitor logging: level debugging, 3777 messages logged

Buffer logging: level debugging, 0 messages logged

Exception Logging: size (4096 bytes)

Trap logging: level notifications, 1766760 message lines logged

Logging to 172.16.40.125, 1766760 message lines logged

Log Buffer (4096 bytes):

My configuration is:

logging history informational

logging trap notifications

logging source-interface Vlan1

logging 172.16.40.125

Can anyone help me?

If you're saying you don't see anything with "show logging" on the device, have you configured "logging buffered [buffer size] debugging"? Right now, it shows "Buffer logging: level debugging, 0 messages logged" while "Monitor logging: level debugging, 3777 messages logged".
