Your RME package repository is bad. You are missing some packages which should have been installed during the various RME updates. This most typically happens on Windows. The safest course of action is to backup LMS, uninstall it, and reinstall it from scratch after doing the following:
* Set the TEMP and TMP environment variables to short values (e.g. C:\WINDOWS\TEMP).
* Disable anti-virus software and Windows Data Execution Protection.
* Login as a local Administrator on the server's console.
* Install from locally attached original media.
After LMS is reinstalled and repatched, you can restore your backup.
There are other, more tactical procedures to try and restore missing or outdated packages, but you will need to contact the TAC, and have them walk you through them. Whatever you decide to do, moving forward, make sure you have set the TEMP and TMP environment variables as I described above, and make sure you disable DEP. You can run with anti-virus software enabled, but disable it whenever you do a patch installation.
