I want a email when someone(not RME) configures devices.( Using RME-tools-change audit-automated action) Now problem is that there comes lots of emails because i have set RME to make periodic config collection. User is same (admin) when i get email when configuring device my self or if RME does periodic polling. Is it possible to change user for that polling job. Any experience.
you can disable this polling job created by the admin, and login as another user who has the necessary privileges to create a polling job(think a netadmin user has this privilege) and create a new polling job, this should stop the mails generated by periodic polling to admin user.
