Changing the user ID or last name by modifying the user ID directly in LDAP (since this is not allowed in CCMAdmin) may not be reflected on the resource page. This can occur if you are using an older version of Cisco CallManager that does not support GUID. If so, you must make sure that the owner attribute in the CCN-Profile matches the user ID. The GUID is implemented in Cisco CallManager 3.2(3) and CallManager 3.3(3) or later.
