Hi,

As per the subject we have LMS 3.0.1 Cisco works server.

Our problem is whenever we change something on switch or router , It will not automatically archive configuration.

We have to do manuall Sync Archive.

Please help in this case.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Automatically archive not possible

Configure your devices to send syslog messages to the RME server, then RME will automatically archive the config whenever it changes.

Re: Automatically archive not possible

Hi J,

Thanks for your reply.

But see the attached screen shot of collector status. What address we need to specify ? Do we need to specify

our cisco work server as a collector address ?

Thanks,

Samir

Re: Automatically archive not possible

Post the output of the pdshow command from the server along with the SyslogCollector.log, AnalyzerDebug.log, and output of the command "netstat -a -n -o -b".
