Automatically archive not possible

Hi,

As per the subject we have LMS 3.0.1 Cisco works server.

Our problem is whenever we change something on switch or router , It will not automatically archive configuration.

We have to do manuall Sync Archive.

Please help in this case.

But see the attached screen shot of collector status. What address we need to specify ? Do we need to specify

our cisco work server as a collector address ?

Additional info,

We already configure our devices to send syslog messages to RME servers.

Post the output of the pdshow command from the server along with the SyslogCollector.log, AnalyzerDebug.log, and output of the command "netstat -a -n -o -b".
