automation of config file uploading on multiple switches

I would like to install config files using tcl script. Is there simple script I could use ? Or any other mean ?

Also is it possible to suppress the prompt asking for a confirmation when doing TFTP ?

I guess switches does not support TCL scripts, may be you can use the PERL script and try it out. check out the link: <http://www.cpan.org/>, there are some modules people have developed for PERL that might work.

I am not familiar with tcl but perhaps you find what you need at this link:

and also have a look at the EEM:

You might try modifying this script for your purposes. This an Embedded Event Manager script. See attachment.

Just for general reference, Expect (http://expect.nist.gov/) makes automation and stuff like suppressing command prompt during the process really trivial.

Kiwi Enterprises Cattools has the best software I have ever used. For $100 you can download configs at specified times, get versions, and many other things. Solarwinds has cirrus but it is not as good.
