if u want to give complete priority to your VC traffic over other traffic would suggest to use LLQ for the same.
For other traffic pattern you can configure CBWFQ if you require that in place.
BTW do revert is your locations connected on Point to point links ?
or is it connected via an ISP to the remote location ?
if its a point to point then you need to have similar kinda config at the end point too and if u r connected to an ISP then do check out the configuration at the ISP end.
