Bandwidth uses graph ???

need a help.

my office connect 512MB Bandwith from ISP to my Backbone. I have a mail server and other application server. 50 user use Internet. some user upload file to another office.

Now I need to observation how bandwidth uses for mail, internet and others for seperately.

anyone help me how can i check the bandwith uses in realtime.

any software can done this job ???
