Black screen on laptops Dell E5440 after Cisco Anyconnect NAM installation

Hello!

I have recently installed the last version of Cisco Anyconnect Netword Access Manager on Dell E5440 laptops.

These laptops are used with the docking station Dell PR03X.

The problem appears once the computer is undocked to begin to work with the Wifi. The screen becomes blach and the computer freezes totally! The only solution is a reboot of the computer. 

Have you already experienced this kind of problem? I was wondering if the installation of a previous version could solve the problem (I installed the last one = 3.1.05170).

Hi,

I am running into an issue but not with the black screen, we noticed the screen flickers and the keyboard at times is unresponsive and wanted to know if you were able to resolve the issue or if you had to run this by TAC?

We noticed in the event logs under Custom we were seeing issues with the directdisplay.exe was this the same issues you experienced?
