Buttons are not available

I installed CiscoWorks LMS v.3.0.1 and I can't configure anything because the bottons like start, stop, apply, delete, etc are not available. I can see them but I can't use them.

Any ideas for troubleshooting ?

Please post a screenshot of what you're seeing. Is this server integrated with ACS?

Thank you for answering but I've already reinstalled CW... there were many problems with the program and there were not important information yet.
