CA Unicenter and LMS interaction

There are LMS 2.6 and Unicenter. I need LMS on any action (for example Port down) execute batch file that send to Unicenter a massege (for example: "Port Fa 0/1 on Router 10.1.1.21 is down")

Does it possible? If it is, how can I do it?

You can do this kind of thing using Automated Actions in RME. These are configured under RME > Tools > Syslog. Check out the online help for more details.
