Cable Interface Card UBR-MC28U Monitoring

Hi, i allready searched the CCO and the MIB Tool for a long time. We need to monitor an Interface Card on a Cisco 7200 -> UBR-MC28U with PRTG.

I am looking for some special OIDs for example Singal-to-Noise-Ratio and how many Lines are currently connected -> UP/DOWN.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions how i can find this information.
