Make sure you have SNMP enabled on the Call Manager. From Device Center, use the SNMP Walk tool to walk the OID ccmPhoneTable. Make sure this succeeds. Then, make sure the CCM is properly added to DCR with the correct SNMP credentials. Finally, make sure the CCM shows up on the Campus Manager topology map with a green application server icon.
