You can certainly delete a single device from Campus Manager. You can do this from the summary list in Topology Services, or from the device map itself.
However, you probably just need to update DCR with the new information from your device(s), and they will have the correct information in Topology Services.
Device Discovery can update the DCR display name of the device automatically if nameserver.updateDCRDisplayName=true in NMSROOT/campus/etc/cwsi/DeviceDiscovery.properties. However, this requires LMS 2.6.
