Hi,
I am using LMS 2.5.1. One fine day the campus manager database corupted(what I beleive).The error was like ANI server intializing & JRM may be down or not accessible in the CM home page.
I beleived the CM database currupted so I tried to restore the database with the following way.
stoped crmdmgtd
c:\program files\cscopx\campus\bin\>perl reinitdb.pl -restore
then started crmdmgtd
but the same problem still persists.
Can anyone pls give some idea what exactly the issue is? What I did is correct or not. & pls advise me what to be done.
