Solved: Campus Manager: DCR devices missing

Several devices, present in the DCR, are not recognized by the Data Collector (auto mode enabled).

After including them manually and starting Data Collection, they still don't appear in the Device List. What's wrong ?

We are using LMS 3.1.0, CM 5.1.0 on Solaris.

What type of devices are they? If they are switches which are members of a cluster, it is expected to see them in the excluded device list. Cluster members are managed through the cluster commander.

Hello JC,

affected devices are Catalyst 2960 and 3550. Your are right, they are members of legacy clusters. We are administrating them for a short time. This was a good hint. But they didn't appear in the excluded device list.
