Campus Manager is not a fault management application. For a device to become red on the topology map, Campus must not be able to poll the device using SNMP on its last polling cycle. By default, devices are polled every two hours.
The next release of LMS, 3.1, will offer integration between Campus and DFM such that you will be able to see on the topology map when a device has a related alert in DFM.
