Can anyone tell me what this means

hi,

I am getting this message from the cisco works snmp monitor - but cant quite work out what it means

ALERT ID = 00001WO

TIME = Thu 19-Jun-2008 12:45:41 BST

STATUS = Active

SEVERITY = Critical

MANAGED OBJECT = d4-6509.win2000.doncri.nhs.uk

MANAGED OBJECT TYPE = Switches and Hubs

EVENT DESCRIPTION = 192.168.152.252 [d4-6509.win2000.doncri.nhs.uk]:Unresponsive; PORT-d4-6509.win2000.doncri.nhs.uk/9.1 [Gi9/1]:OperationallyDown; PORT-d4-6509.win2000.doncri.nhs.uk/1.48 [Gi1/48]:OperationallyDown; 192.168.11.253 [d4-6509.win2000.doncri.nhs.uk]:Duplicate;

CUSTOMER REVISION = 1

Anyone have any idea's ?

192.168.152.252 is not responding to icmp or snmp requests.

Interfaces gi9/1 and gi1/48 were not shutdown but were operationally down.

192.168.11.253 IP address is used on multiple managed systems
