how can i prevent downloading files in my network by using accelrating download programs like (download manager& accelerator) tried to deny udp ports
but still the same

You can block inside users from doing certain things on the internet by configuring a regular access-list. For example:
access-list ACL deny tcp host any eq
access-group ACL in interface inside
it cant deny download accelerator
