Can I schedule debug to run using ciscoworks?

I have a router flapping each night due to HSRP issues. I want to run debug standby from midnight to 1 AM. Can I schedule this through ciscoworks? I know you can schedule show commands but debug won't work. There has to be a way to run something like this so I don't have to crawl out of bed in the middle of the night. ; )
