Can't start CW DCA Server?

I have been updating devices in Common Services and after running the April 2008 updates for MDF 1.23 I'm not sure if it installed correctly. I am left with the following message...

Error in communicating with DCA Server.

DCA Server may be down. Please start the DCA Server and then refresh the page.

I have manually stop/started the DCA but still receive this message? Is there something else I've missed?

Please post the output of the pdshow command.
