Cannot collect data from some devices - LMS 2.6

Hi,

we have a LMS 2.6 over Solaris. We have some devices added from Device Discovery and some other manually added.

Credentials are well configured in both cases and connectivity is not a problem.

We can execute NetConfigs jobs over all the devices but we can only collect data (Data Collect from Campus Manager) from the devices added by device discovery. We cannot collect data from the devices that we add manually.

How can we fix this problem?

Check your Data Collection filters under Campus Manager > Admin > Campus Data Collection > Data Collection filters, and make sure the devices are allowed. If this is not Campus Manager 4.0.10 or higher, you should upgrade to CS 3.0.6 and Campus Manager 4.0.11 to fix some known bugs which could also account for this.

There was configured a Data Collectioon filter.
