Cannot Fetch Device Configs

Hi

Iam not able to fetch my Device configs in RME. It shows the error

" TELNET: Failed to establish TELNET connection to 10.1.254.102 - Cause: Connection refused. PRIMARY-STARTUP config Fetch Operation failed for TFTP. Could not detect protocols running on the device Failed to fetch config using RCP.Connection refused: connect Verify RCP is enabled or not. "

I have given complete IPpermission between LMS and the devices in my PIX.

Can anyone guide me on this

Should telnet work? According to this error, the device is either not listening on tcp/23, or there is a filter between the LMS server and the device which is RSTing the connection attempt.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I had missed out some configs in the device.

I had missed the command in the cisco devices.

Now it works fine
