Cannt Login to Prime 2.0 CLI

Not sure if this is the correct forum or not...

We can login to Prime using the Web Interface but cannot login to Prime CLI using SSH..  When we try to login using Putty SSH we get an Access denied message.  We are using the root user.

When you power on the Prime

When you power on the Prime Infrastructure appliance for the first time, you are prompted to run the setup utility to configure the appliances. During this setup process, an administrator user account, also known as an Admin account, is created. After you enter the initial configuration information, the appliance automatically reboots and prompts you to enter the username and the password that you specified for the Admin account. You must use this Admin account to log in to the Prime Infrastructure CLI for the first time.

If you are able to do the console access to PI, you can try to restart SSH services via service sshd restart.

-Thanks
