Re: capture memory

Sorry, I was mistaken. All of our NAMs had been upgraded to 3.5, but I thought I was looking at a 3.4 NAM. The capture direct to disk is only in NAM 3.5.

Re: capture memory

The NAM2 has a memory limit of 300 MB for capture buffers. This cannot be increased. However, NAM 3.4 and higher can do a capture to disk. You have about 400 MB of local NAM disk space which you can use for packet captures.

If you upgrade to NAM 3.5, you can make use of NFS mounts and iSCSI drives for additional capture space.
