Cat 3550 and UserTracking

On site, there is a Cat3550 EMI o the network. From the Inventory on the CiscoWorks, the CiscoWorks picks it up and the CiscoView is also able to pick the Cat3550 as well.

The issue is that the UserTracking is not able to pick up any devices at all on the Cat3550. I have tried putting it as a seed device but it still does not work.

Can you see all entries in the output of show cam dynamic or show mac?

If so, can you also snmpwalk the objects in this link:

IF both of the above work, then enable debugs for UT to see what it shows in the log
