ce7305-5.5.1.7- web access

Hello,

We have ContenetEngine ce7305-5.5.1.7 configured as cache which is working SmartFilter application.

though GUI access is enabled, recently we have problem accessing through the web; we get an error as follows,

" Sorry, the server cannot process your request now. Please try again later"

what could be wrong and what should i check ? with sysfs volume shows 75% free.
