Hi all. We are using BACC and Network registrar software for cable modem provisioning, both running on SUN servers (Solaris). We need to change IP adresses on both these servers. We have problems with changing IP adress on Network Registrar. After change is done and reload of DPE there are problems with DPE licences. In log of DPE we can see error message "Server registration failed due to lack of DPE licenses" We dont know where to manage these licenses. CAn anyone helps us with this problem? Many thanks

This alert notifies you that the Network Registrar extension cannot connect to the DPEs.Check that there are DPEs in the provisioning group for each Network Registrar extension. If not, change the Network Registrar provisioning group to one that has DPEs available. If DPEs are in the provisioning group, ensure that the Network Registrar extension has registered with the RDU, if it has not, it will not recognize any of the DPEs. For more refer the link:
