Change enable secret to unique passwords (2000 devices) script?

By network policy we need to change the enable secret of all devices to unique passwords. ( 2000 devices)

How can I use Cisco Works to perform this efficiently.

I know I can use netconfig to change the passwords but because they are all unique it would take to long to change the password on all 2000 devices.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this.

Not sure if Cisco Works is even the best tool for this. Maybe some script that someone has already written.

I think it all depends on how adaptable the list of "unique passwords" are, to the Parameterized Template feature of RME's NetConfig, as described in the chapter below:
