Network devices managed/monitored by Cisco Works probably has permisson for incoming SSH, Telnet, SNMP for current address so you need change this mgm access permisson on devices

Indeed and this might be something you wish to do while ciscoworks still has access to the devices. ;-)

But on ciscoworks itself you don't need to do anything else then a restart of the management daemon of ciscoworks, or a reboot the server, if you find that more convenient.

Changing the servers hostname is more complex, although I'm not sure if the hostname still gets hardcoded into certain files during the installation, like the previous versions did.

You may not need to do anything. However, if this is a multi-homed server, you will need to edit NMSROOT/lib/vbroker/gatekeeper.cfg, and change the IP address in that file.
