Cisco 2801 as Terminal Server?

Guy i need help since i never did it before.

I need to send a Modem to client side , with a Cisco 2801 router acting as Terminal server , to access 3 Production Routers already present there.

so i need to know

What modem should i buy.

What cable between Modem and 2801

What card in 2801 to connect with modem

What card in 2801 to connect to production router

and what cable to connect to production routers with 2801.

Can any one help me with his past experience?

Ok, i found this solution so far, can any one confirm if its correct?

Get Usrobotics V.92 External modem.

Get CAB-500RJ (RJ 45 to RJ 45 rolled over cable)

Get CAB-25AS-MMOD adapter ( DB25 to rj45 )

Buy 2600 as Terminal Server

Insert 16-port (NM-16A) in 2600

Buy Cable CAB-OCTAL-ASYNC to connect TS2600 to my other Routers Console.

Is that all? can any one endorce it please?
