Cisco 7600 showing less traffic details

I have Cisco 7600 series device. I am monitoring the bandwidth utilization on the device interfaces through NetFlow export. I have enabled NetFlow "ip flow ingress" on all the interface. But the interfaces are showing less traffic than the actual on monitoring software. I have swaped "ip flow ingress" with "ip route-cache flow" and also applied both the command. Nothing changed. Following is my IOS version. Any suggestion???
