Hi, I connect to UC500 whit the Cisco Configuration Tool version 2.0, ant when I go to Voice Section this messages is showed:

java.lang.NullPointerException

What is the problem?

A couple of things: there are bugs in 2.0, so please upgrade to the latest: 2.0.1.

The java error comes usually from a wrong configuration on the UC520.

If the upgrade doesnt help, post the java trace output from the java console when you recreate the issue. To start the java console : SHIFT+F2 and then recreate the issue.
