Cisco LMS 3.0 : Telnet to device failed

Dear fellows, I have installed LMS 3 and add some devices, when I open one of the device in device center and try to telnet then I got this error," telnet://1.1.1.1/ Application not found " is there any config required or any thing else. thanks

You need to make sure the telnet:// URL handler is registered with your browser. For example http://www.bbsing.com/telnetie7/telnetie7.html has a registry entry which will add support for telnet to IE 7.
